Customer Statisfaction Goals
- All departments to have properly trained staff on hand from 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday to handle customer enquiries.
- All orders to be delivered within four hours, or the client notified;
- To have 100% of new prescriptions counselled by a pharmacist;
- To have all customer insurance claims forwarded within three days of delivery;
- To have all prescriptions filled within ten minutes, or the patient notified immediately the prescription is presented;
- To have one customer satisfaction survey every two months to different customer segments, and to have a minimum 95% approval rating on customer satisfaction surveys;
- Zero complaints about wrong product being delivered;
- Zero complaints on approved special delivery requests;
- Zero packaging errors on pill packed medications; and
- Zero product returns caused by faulty product or service delivery;
